VIP BenefitClub application

Introduction

In today's workplace, employee benefits play an ever more important role in motivation, satisfaction and retention. VIP BenefitClub was created to make attractive benefits accessible to a broad group of employees — a complete digital platform for managing and using employee perks that we developed for our customer.

VIP BenefitClub connects employees of partner companies with service providers and business partners offering discounts, loyalty programmes and other advantages. The platform is available as a web application and as mobile apps for Android and iOS, letting users enjoy their benefits anytime, anywhere.

Technologically, the solution is built on a combination of Angular for the frontend, Laravel for the backend logic, and native mobile apps for the major mobile platforms.

Project goals

The main goal of the project was to create a modern, easily extensible platform that:

• gives employees an overview of available benefits
• makes it easy to redeem discounts and perks
• connects companies with their partner service providers
• offers administrative tools for benefit management
• is available on the web and on mobile devices

Scalability was another important aspect, as the platform is designed for multiple partner organisations and thousands of users.

VIP BenefitClub is more than a mobile app — it is a complete platform with a web application, Android and iOS apps and a back office managing the entire programme.

• management of multiple partner organisations, each with its own benefit offering

Operations and further development

The platform is under long-term development — new benefits, partners and features are added continuously, without interrupting service for thousands of active users.
