Run the company from one place
Internal systems
We build internal systems that run a company's actual operations — from orders through warehouses to invoicing. Tailored to your processes, not the other way round.

Company operations are often held together by spreadsheets, e-mails and a few disconnected applications. Data is retyped by hand, nobody is sure which version is current, and every process change means improvisation. As the company grows, this state gets expensive — in time, errors and people.
Typical scenarios
- order management, planning and control of production or services
- cash, material or fleet management with a full audit trail
- approval workflows — purchase orders, invoices, leave requests
- back office for a sales network: commissions, contracts, reporting
- integration with accounting, banks and other internal applications
Security and operations
We build internal systems with multi-level roles and permissions, an audit trail of operations and separated external access. We operate them long-term — monitoring, backups and regular zero-downtime releases are part of the delivery.
How we work together
We start with analysis and a solution proposal with a quotation, continue with architecture and staged development, and finish with acceptance and deployment — which we then operate long-term. The whole process is described on the home page.
Technologies
Backend in .NET or Laravel depending on the nature of the system, frontend in Angular, data in PostgreSQL or another relational database. We choose technology to fit the client's environment, not fashion.

Frequently asked questions
Do we have to throw away our current systems?
No. Most of our projects start by integrating with what already runs in the company — ERP, accounting, warehouse. We only gradually replace what no longer makes sense.
How long does an internal system take to build?
A first usable version is typically ready within 2–4 months. We then grow the system in stages according to operational priorities.
What happens after launch?
We don't stop at handover. We operate, monitor and develop the system — most of our clients work with us for years.
